Alison Rose is a senior human resources and management consulting professional with more than 10 years of experience advising organizations and leaders on complex people and business challenges. Most recently, she served as Head of HR for a 500-person U.S. organization, leading and advising across a broad range of people priorities. Her background also includes experience with Deloitte’s Human Capital practice and EY’s People Advisory Services practice, bringing together the perspectives of both in-house HR leadership and management consulting.

Her expertise spans human capital management, talent acquisition & recruiting, HR strategy, compensation & benefits, HR transformation, change management, HR operations, performance management, employee relations, culture & employee experience, learning & development, workforce planning, organizational design, HR policies and compliance, federal, state, and local employment law, internal & global mobility, as well as project management, across a range of industries and clients.

A graduate of Boston College, Alison holds both the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) credentials. She is currently pursuing the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) program at Wharton Executive Education and was selected to pursue a Jay Shetty Life & Success Coach certification by the Jay Shetty Certification School.
